The children were fully immersed in all things Spanish, with each Year Group focusing on a particular Spanish-speaking country. On top of this, every Year Group had the opportunity to learn a Latin Dance, eat some tasty churros and order a drink in Spanish, play an orienteering and parachute game using Spanish instructions and dress up in clothes from their given country. Our Nursery children enjoyed learning the cha cha cha dance and exploring their virtual classroom. Year 6 were also treated to an extra Spanish lesson from students from Winchmore Secondary School. At the end of the day, everyone from Year 1-6 came together in the playground to do a whole school Latin Dance... Excelente!
